Kane Keefe is the Managing Director and driving force of Alliance Building & Construction.

With over 20 years in the industry, Kane brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Kane's impressive track record includes senior management positions in renowned integrated property and construction firms prior to starting Alliance. Kane excels at building long-lasting industry relationships and is a Master of Project Management across sectors, sizes, and delivery methods. His portfolio includes projects of various sizes and complexities, all marked by outstanding stakeholder service and technically complex solutions.

Outside of work, Kane values time with family and friends, enjoys live sports, keeps active, and finds fulfilment in helping others. He's not one to idle, always staying productive and embracing the opportunities life has to offer.

Alex is a seasoned Project Manager with a solid educational foundation, holding a Bachelor of Urban Development with a focus on Construction Management. His accolades include the HB National Cadet Award and recognition as an AIB Finalist in the Commercial $1M-$10M category.

With 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Alex has successfully delivered numerous projects across various sectors, emphasising meticulous attention to detail in every aspect. He firmly believes that solid project foundations stem from detailed planning and early engagement, and he collaborates closely with clients and project stakeholders to ensure seamless deliveries.

Beyond his career, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, serves as a Gather and Graze director, and actively participates in cricket, golf, with an avid interest in grazing.

Ash is a dedicated Project Manager with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Holding a Diploma of Building & Construction, he's committed to continuous learning, currently undertaking a Diploma in Project Management. Ash's diverse career path, encompassing roles as a Draftsperson, Estimator, and Contract Administrator, has cultivated a keen eye for detail and a focus on enhancing project timelines and delivering high-quality results. Outside of work, Ash enjoys survival-style camping, cricket, time with his family and doing projects around the home.

Lawrence's journey from Building Cadet to Contracts Administrator reflects his strong commitment to the construction sector. He leverages over ten years of experience from the bearings and power transmission industry, offering a distinct technical insight to his responsibilities. Outside of his professional life, Lawrence enjoys the simple pleasures of camping, fishing, and quality family time. This grounded approach translates into his focused efforts on contributing effectively to the construction landscape.

Jordan excels in delivering high-quality results across all aspects of construction. With over 6 years of experience in commercial construction, Jordan has covered areas such as estimating, contract administration, site engineering, and site management.

Jordan is a true craft beer enthusiast and a budding brewmaster. Weekends are reserved for adventures on his KTM, exploring the outdoors and savoring the freedom of the open road. His commitment to community shines through his active involvement with Apex Australia, where he served as the Past Toowoomba Club President and was honored as the 2019 Young Apexian of the Year on a national level.

With 16 years in the safety field, spanning high-risk industries like civil and commercial construction, Elise is well-versed in Federal and ISO Accreditation development and maintenance, internal auditing, and managing major incidents. Her true passion lies in championing effective injury prevention and mental health initiatives.

Beyond her professional expertise, Elise enjoys the great outdoors with gardening, fishing, and camping adventures. She's a fantastic host, known for her dinner parties and the occasional sunset session featuring good whiskey, music, great company, and a cosy fire.

Driven and detail-oriented, Mia has a strong academic background including a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Business Administration. Her experience in diverse sectors such as marketing, communications, and administration has cultivated her abilities in planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement – qualities essential for success in the building and construction industry. Mia is very enthusiastic about learning the intricacies of this industry and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty on-site!

Beyond her professional life, Mia is deeply passionate about sport and exercise. She actively coaches strength and conditioning at a local gym and a private school, and is constantly training for various athletic pursuits, including track and field, triathlons, and events like Hyrox.

Tony Bradshaw is a Site Manager with an impressive 30+ years of dedication to the construction industry. Tony has excelled in various roles, including risk and commercial management, as well as expertise in environmental health and safety. His extensive knowledge is reflected in numerous licenses for site works and a Certificate IV in Small Business Management, coupled with a First Aid Certificate to ensure safety at all times.

Tony's multifaceted interests and extensive experience make him an invaluable asset in the construction field and a well-rounded individual who thrives beyond the work site.

Outside the construction world, Tony is an avid enthusiast of fishing and camping, finding solace in the great outdoors. He's also a passionate follower of Moto GP and a supporter of Rugby Union, particularly the QLD Reds.

Russell's construction journey since 2011 has solidified his position as an industry powerhouse. With a deep passion for delivering top-tier workmanship and nurturing client relationships, he received acclaim in 2016 by securing the Downs and Western Master Builders Apprentice of the Year award. His experience extends across various aspects of commercial construction, backed by qualifications in construction, engineering, and furnishings.

Russell's exceptional commitment, pride, and passion distinguish him in the construction industry, earning him high regard from both clients and subcontractors. Beyond his thriving career, he values family time and engages in diverse outdoor adventures including riding his Harley Davidson.

With over two decades of hands-on experience in the civil, commercial construction, and earthmoving industries, Chris brings a wealth of expertise to every project. A dedicated and results-driven Site Manager, he excels in end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and seamless team coordination. Known for a commitment to quality and efficiency, Chris consistently ensures timely and high-quality project delivery.

Beyond the construction site, Chris is passionate about all things automotive, from cars and motorbikes to trucks. This enthusiasm for mechanics and engineering extends to a personal lifestyle, where he enjoys maintaining a small acreage, indulging in gardening and home renovations, and cherishing quality time with family.

With nearly five decades of experience under his belt, Brien brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and a passion for craftsmanship to every project he undertakes. A highly skilled and qualified plasterer, Brien has left his mark on a variety of prestigious projects throughout his long career. Brien's journey includes significant roles such as C&P Foreman at the Qantas Museum in Longreach, Fox Studios in Sydney, and Wellcamp Airport.

Away from the construction site, Brien finds joy in family and personal endeavours. Whether restoring his old panel van, spending quality time with family, or working around the house, Brien knows the importance of a happy home.

Mark Venz is an esteemed Site Manager with an impressive three-decade journey in the construction industry. With unwavering dedication, Mark has collaborated with exceptional stakeholders across many businesses throughout his career, ensuring the effective management of day-to-day operations as well as strategic endeavours within Alliance.

Mark's qualifications include a Diploma of Building & Construction with a specialisation in Construction Management and a Certificate IV in Building & Construction.

Mark enjoys spending quality time with his family, delving into reading, and passionately following the NRL season with a deep-rooted loyalty to the Broncos and Rabbitohs. He is also a steadfast supporter of The Smith Family organisation, reflecting his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the construction world.

Holly is the ever helpful and friendly presence when you first walk through the doors at Alliance. She plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office and providing essential support to our project teams. Holly has a talent for compiling tenders and a knack for numbers, which makes her invaluable in assisting our Accountant with various tasks, including managing accounts payable.

Holly's qualifications include a Diploma in Events Management and a Cert III in Logistics, and she is currently pursuing a Cert IV in Work Health & Safety, showcasing her commitment to professional growth and expertise.

Outside of her busy work life, Holly values quality time spent with her husband Ash and their two energetic boys, while planning home renovation projects and entertaining friends and family.

Helena is a highly experienced financial and administration expert with a strong educational background, possessing an Associate Diploma in Business specialising in Office Management and a Diploma in Project Management.

Helena's career journey has been diverse with roles across Administration, Accounts, Contracts Administration, and Payroll.

Beyond her professional achievements, Helena enjoys gardening, baking, photography, arts and crafts, and quality time with family and friends.
