The team has completed a benchmark Specialist Disability Accommodation project on Anzac Avenue, Kallangur offering four high-quality, architecturally unique homes (two 2-bedroom houses and two 1-bedroom villas) explicitly designed for High Physical Support NDIS participants.
We skipped the generic designs, focusing instead on delivering personalised, future-proof homes. The 2-bedroom residences feature integrated Onsite Overnight Assistance rooms, while the 1-bedroom villas champion independent living.
This project showcases our ability to manage the complexities of specialised construction while prioritising resident comfort, and safety efficiently and thoughtfully.
