A notable achievement of this project was its completion under budget and ahead of schedule, a testament to effective planning and execution, especially considering the significant inclement weather encountered during construction.

Each dwelling within the project was designed with individuality in mind, boasting distinctive internal and external finishes. This approach moves beyond a “cookie-cutter” design, providing residents with a unique and personalised living space. The exterior aesthetics are enhanced by a combination of Hebel and Linnea Board cladding, materials known for their durability, insulation properties, and modern appeal, further contributing to the quality and character of each home.
