Alliance was engaged by a New Client to undertake the Design and Construction of a Self-Storage Facility at Pimpama. The project involved the construction of a three-storey, 9000m² self-storage facility, which will be managed by Store Local. The new facility features over 600 storage units and incorporates robust security measures. The project presented challenges, notably the infrastructure upgrade required beyond the property boundaries to accommodate the new construction. This included road upgrades, stormwater and sewer improvements, and streetscaping. Despite these complexities, our client has chosen to extend our partnership, entrusting us with the design and construction of another self-storage facility on the Gold Coast. This marks a significant achievement for both Alliance and our valued client.
