Berrinba Links

Alliance was engaged by our ongoing client to manage all design, approvals, services connections and construction for the “Berrinba Links” project at 514 Wembley Rd, Berrinba. The 5056m2 building features 3 industrial tenancies including tilt panel shed space accompanied by offices, as well as concrete hardstands with awnings.

The largest tenancy was built to tenant specification including all purpose-built services requirements for manufacturing equipment to the shed space, and a fully furnished office ready for occupation. The other 2 tenancies were left as cold shell ready for future owners/tenants to customise to suit their needs. One of the most challenging aspects of the project was organising services connections from the relevant authorities, which is ever so difficult due to the volume of developments in the area.

The project was completed in a 26 week on site duration to a high standard, a fantastic result for Alliance and our client.
