The Alliance Building & Construction team delivered a high-quality retail refurbishment of the City Golf Club’s existing bathrooms, operational space and the gaming room, including new cashier desk, beverage bar and lounge bar. The high-quality retail enhancements were executed on schedule, with zero safety incidents, reflecting our collaborative approach.
Alliance was entrusted with a construct-only contract to reconfigure the gaming room cashier, beverage centre, and undertake a general refurbishment, including updates to the poker machines.
