Our team has successfully completed our first project for United Housing Australia, constructing four fully fenced, accessible houses for residents requiring high physical support.
Each three-bedroom house, featuring ensuites and ample space for two occupants and a carer, boasts a modern design with Linear board and Hebel cladding, full automation provisions for doors and windows, sustainable bio basins and gardens, comprehensive fire sprinkler and CCTV safety systems, and a shared carpark with visitor parking.
Delivered within an impressive nine-month timeframe, this project demonstrates Alliance’s dedication to providing high-quality, accessible SDA housing solutions.
