St Vincent’s Private Hospital Cladding Replacement

St Vincent’s Hospital commissioned Alliance Building & Construction to conduct a thorough examination of the current cladding materials with the goal of identifying any combustible types. Subsequently, we presented viable solutions for the removal and replacement of non-compliant products.

The primary focus of our efforts centred around the main entrance, necessitating meticulous planning for the installation of scaffolding, access equipment, and the efficient movement of materials and waste. Our paramount concern was to ensure public safety and minimise disruptions to hospital operations, which included access for the general public and the nearby hospital wards.

In addition to addressing compliance issues, we successfully resolved weather ingress concerns affecting the façade. This proactive measure not only eliminated the need to vacate certain rooms during adverse weather conditions but also prevented accelerated deterioration of building elements.
